Allergy Overload Technique (AOT)

Many who suffer from allergies spend a great deal of time and energy trying to avoid exposure to
offending substances. For some, the outdoors and pollen season means itchy eyes, runny nose,
congestion and sneezing from early spring until the end of summer. Pet lovers with allergies are
encouraged to remove their pets from the home. Others have to constantly read food labels to insure
they don’t accidentally consume foods they have reactions to. Some people have it so bad they cannot
even go into certain buildings or must avoid a particular area of a store. For those suffering from obvious
allergy reactions life is a constant battle of awareness, avoidance and stress.
Another issue people have to deal with is hidden allergies. The hidden allergy syndrome affects
individuals with all kinds of health problems. It is often associated with unexplained fatigue, aches and
pains, headaches, dizziness, migraines, hives, skin rashes, itching and abdominal disorders.
